We (Unified360) have effectively integrated Cisco's UC Manager with Microsoft CRM for screen pops, automated outdialing, and click to dial functionality. Although this article is not focused on this level of integration, we believe (as a Cisco and Microsoft partner) that there are many other areas of integration that can also help businesses (as they have for our organization).
