Simon has been involved in the Video Conferencing and Unified Communications industry since the late 1980’s and has been at the heart of many of the changes during 10 years in channel, 5 years at Polycom and 12 years at Lifesize. His background includes: Engineering (2x Patents awarded); Product design; product marketing; sales; sales enablement and brand marketing among much else.
He is Chief Contrarian of Excession Events, is a sought after public speaker, regular Wired Magazine contributor and author of the book, The End of Certainty "How to thrive when playing by the rules is a losing strategy."
