snom Provides Partners with e-Learning Program

snom technology AG has announced the release of an e-learning program, designed to give value added resellers the knowledge they need to provide end-to-end support of snom ONE IP PBX solutions. VARs from North and South America, Australia, and New Zealand can take the course online, free of charge.

The snom ONE Certification Training is a self-paced online course that contains over 16 training modules, built to teach snom VARs the processes and practices for best installing, deploying, and supporting snom ONE IP PBX solutions. In order to earn certification, participants must complete an online assessment upon completion of the course.

"It is appropriate that snom is beefing up its focus on the channel," says Dave Michels, UC Expert for UCStrategies. "Its success with Lync has opened it up to the enterprise, and the snom One PBX is one of the few out there that can run on MacOS - something SMBs find less intimidating."

Eligibility is open to registered VARs at onlinetraining.snom.com. snom intends to offer more online courses about its products and aspects of its technology in the near future.
