OpenIP Offers Communications Services that Integrate Mitel’s Cloud Telephony Solutions by UCStrategies Staff
OpenIP partnered with Mitel to integrate Mitel’s cloud-based unified communications and collaboration (UCC) software platform into OpenIP’s cloud-based offering for resellers and system integrators in France. The France-based service provider, OpenIP, is expected to launch a new range of monthly subscription business communications services by way of Mitel’s cloud telephony system.
Mitel AnyWare, Mitel’s hosted PBX service, is a cloud-based UCC software platform that provides an affordable, easy-to-use phone system for small to medium-sized businesses. Mitel AnyWare is highly customizable and easy to manage. It also delivers reliable unlimited calling to U.S. and Canada, mobile device integration, Web administration, and great customer service. The Web-based features of Mitel AnyWare allow businesses to readily manage their whole communications system in only a few clicks. User information can be easily changed in real time as the company grows, thus enhancing productivity and the ease of access to data.
OpenIP offers a diverse suite of easy-to-integrate professional IP telephony solutions, including cloud-based telephony, IP centrex, IP PBX, SIP trunking, Mail2fax, Fax2mail, and other conference services. As a certified Mitel MSP, the company is also capable of end-to-end delivery of a cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) offer.
“By moving service delivery from a CapEx structure to a monthly recurring subscription model, integrators will be able to take advantage of the increased flexibility and speed in service delivery enjoyed by service providers,” said Laurent Silvestri, president of OpenIP.
“Our advanced technology is augmented by OpenIP's full compatibility with our cloud-based solutions, bringing businesses real added value on a functional, operational and financial level. Mitel's UCaaS solutions, coupled with OpenIP's Cloud and SIP offers, offer considerable development opportunities for our current and future integrators,” said Lionel Hovsepian, vice president of sales for Mitel in France.
OpenIP’s new UCaaS offer consists of four subscription plans to meet the varying needs of its business customers who are given the freedom to customize their subscriptions on a monthly basis. The monthly rates per user vary from $8.65 to $19.50. Basic subscription options include voice mail and telephony. Advanced subscription plans, on the other hand, include audio and video collaboration, fixed-mobile convergence, teleworking, softphone, and unified messaging.
Since Mitel’s cloud telephony solutions are compatible with the fixed and mobile calling offers from OpenIP, the sites of business customers are all connected by way of the carrier’s multiprotocol label switching (MPLS) broadband network. This ensures secure installation and high-quality service for an unlimited number of users. (KOM) Link.
