IntelePeer Launches Cloud Advantage Partner Program by Robbie Pleasant
IntelePeer, Inc. has provided its partners with a new means of gaining new sales and revenue opportunities as it unveiled the Cloud Advantage Partner Program. This new channel partner program is designed to boost support and incentives to IntelePeer’s indirect sales channel partners, with several features made to increase channel revenues.
The Cloud Advantage Partner Program has a three-tiered partner structure, with Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels to reward partners with increasing benefits and support. It offers partners allocated market development funds, as well as a training and onboarding program with additional support tools to ensure they have the resources to make the most of the program.
Furthermore, IntelePeer has a reorganized channel team structure, designed to improve its ability to support partners in regional territories. In addition, it added partner advocacy initiatives to help partners get more involved with IntelePeer and determine the program’s success.
The Cloud Advantage Partner Program’s training and onboarding program consists of both live and online modules, designed with the specific partner in mind. The new tools and education programs are made to provide partners with the resources they need to provide SIP services at the start of a deployment, as well as customer and partner portals made to work as self-service tools for streamlined deployments.
Along with the Cloud Advantage Partner Program, IntelePeer will soon be launching Masterstream. The Masterstream quoting platform lets partners self-quote and kick off the sales cycle themselves. IntelePeer is also offering the “xFactor” promotion, which provides 1x, 2x, or 3x the monthly recurring revenue, as determined by the terms of the customer agreement.
According to Blair Pleasant, co-founder of UCStrategies, “Channel partners are key to the adoption and success of unified communications vendors, especially as UC deployments move to the cloud. By offering partners new tools and incentives, IntelePeer is working to help its partners succeed and to more efficiently deploy solutions, which benefits end user customers.” She adds, “Many channel partners are transitioning from hardware-based premises solutions to software-based cloud solutions, providing a different revenue model. Vendors need to offer not only the necessary training and tools, but also the financial incentives to help partners successfully make this transition.”
With this new partner program, IntelePeer’s business partners, technology alliance partners, systems integrators, and VARs will have access to new support and incentives,. The company sees much value in coupling Unified Communications systems with SIP connections, and with the Cloud Advantage Partner Program, it’s ready to help its partners gain from that value.
