New cloud solutions have been unveiled by HP and will assist in improving the efficiency and productivity of organizations. Secure access to business information will be made available anywhere and at any time.
A new offering relating to the upgrading of customer service and the completion of business objectives was also introduced by the company.
Cloud-based tools and sales options will ensure that partners are able to control the managed print services (MPS) selling process and maintain contract ownership directly without the need for extensive investment in additional infrastructure; this will be made available via the HP Managed Print Specialist Resell program.
Additional enhancements have been made to HP ePrint Enterprise 2.2, and HP Express Decision Portal, HP Bundled Page, HP Relate and HP ePrint Enterprise for Good iOS app are offered by the program.
HP Express Decision Portal is a cloud-based application that makes proposals and quotes generations as well as client invoicing, reporting, monitoring and account management. The platform is able to connect customers, partners and HP support, and works as a single portal for services, supplies and maintenance for a variety of multivendor printers and multifunction printers (MFPs).
Customers in an MPS contract will be offered supplies, services and parts for resale via HP Bundled Page, and this ensures that a stable cost structure is put through by channel partners; this can therefore be priced competitively. HP Relate is an upgrade of the HP Exstream customer communications management solution and incorporates Salesforce producing and delivering customized customer communications such as sales quotes, proposals, direct marketing and correspondences. Mobile users are able to print securely from Good for Enterprise and the Good suite of secured mobile apps via the HP ePrint Enterprise. Furthermore, features are able to be customized by IT administrators in order to manage content for printing and limit that printing to printers that are networked behind a corporate firewall.
Business content is now easily accessible anytime and anywhere due to the HP Flow CM Professional upgrades; this is the cloud-based content management solution from HP. Sensitive business content will remain secure and encrypted due to the new encryption-at-rest feature.
The updates ensure that customers can capture index, store and manage business documents to include electronic and paper-based documents into a single workflow. The HP Flow CM Professional program can operate alongside and with all new and existing HP LaserJet Pro and HP Officejet Pro devices with touchscreen displays.
