Empirix, Inc., has recently announced that, as part of its recently launched Unified Communications Assurance Platform, a new solution for Unified Communications Assurance has been made available. This solution includes a Session Border Controller testing service as well as OneSight VQInspector 2.0, and is designed to allow networks to operate at optimum performance while providing a high-quality UC experience to consumers and business users alike.

With Empirix's UC Assurance Platform, users get an end-to-end testing and monitoring platform for multi-channel vendors that lets network operators and enterprises test voice and video applications while still in the pre-development stage, as well as maintain quality throughout changes over time. Its SBC testing service is designed to ensure proper deployment of SBCs, and OneSight VQInspector 2.0 monitors voice quality and complements Empirix's existing probe solutions, providing proactive metrics that alert network managers about issues before they become a problem.
