Thanks for the thorough discussion on the Gartner Enterprise Telephony MQ.

The glaring gap in Gartner's MQ is their limited discussion around "manageability".
It's well known that the operating cost of enterprise telephony makes up the lion's share of TCO, yet all the focus is on vision and execution. No mention in the report on how many people it takes to operate and maintain the vendor platforms.

I would have thought that your team would have mentioned this in your podcast?
You need to add a specialist who "owns" UC/IPT management ... any volunteers?
