The next generation of Office 365 services will now be resold via the SYNNEX Corporation, it was announced on Tuesday. It has also been stated that SYNNEX resellers will be able to put their own billing processes and sales models to use.
The Vice President of Microsoft Global Business Unit and Cloud Services, Rob Moyer, said: “We are seeing tremendous interest in technologies such as Office 365. Small and midsize companies have realized that cloud services can help them grow and be more competitive while simultaneously reducing IT complexity.”
Open and Full Package Licensing models of Office 365 have also been included by SYNNEX for their SMB customers, and it is expected that this will enable them to pick either distribution via the cloud or traditional box software. Office 365 can also be resold by present partners of the company, through SYNNEX’s three-tiered Capture the Cloud program. This program allows users to work in conjunction with dedicated Office 365 experts, and they will also be able to utilize marketing tips, training and extra resources. (CY) Link
