MX Release 8.0 Enhances Zultys’ UC Platform

MX Release 8.0 was released last week by Zultys, a key provider of unified communications solutions which leverages businesses and aids them in collaborating effectively, for its MX Unified Communications platform.

The unveiled product follows the All-in-One SIP-based Unified Communication architecture from Zultys, and the MXnetwork Redundancy and improvements to MXcluster Redundancy, enhancing its disaster recovery and resiliency capabilities.

MXoutbound is also being introduced by the company, and this is an integrated outbound dialer solution which provides appointment reminder services, outbound marketing campaigns, disaster notification systems, automated customer surveys, and other features.

Other key features for the MX Release 8.0 include automated attendant (AA) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) monitoring tools, and these are able to monitor caller interactions and AA, IVR and MXoutbound dialer features in real-time. Furthermore, a real-time HTTP protocol level monitoring of external web requests to IVR and MXoutbound systems is also featured.

A SIP softphone is also available on the Zultys MXIE UC client for Mac, and this works well with softphone support that is already available in the Zultys Mobile Communicator UC app for iPhone and iPad iOS devices.

Zultys customers who have a software subscription at present are able to gain access to this upgrade for free, and it is available for download immediately. Existing customers can contact their Zultys Authorized Channel Partner for further information on the new offer.
