  • No More Manual Entry Updates
    XT helps enterprise users to keep all their information up to date by synchronizing data directly from the Cisco Call Manager to ensure extensions, device details, hunt groups, and departments are always accurate.

  • Improved Web Security
    Additional security levels and web authentication allow administrators to grant user access throughout the organization to enable department managers and team supervisors specified access to reports, alarms, and key data without compromising corporate security and confidential information.

  • Utilization/Gateway Reports
    Improved channel utilization reports help organizations to identify failed routing structures and locate opportunities to increase efficiency in their voice network infrastructure. Proactive monitoring empowers customers to minimize underutilized phone lines and decrease the incidence of callers experiencing busy signals.
