Insight Now Offers 8x8 Cloud Solutions

Insight Enterprises, Inc. has expanded the offerings of its InsightCloud Solutions Center with the addition of 8x8 cloud communications solutions. With 8x8 cloud communications services now made available to Insight clients, they can then subscribe to 8x8’s virtualized solutions, including Virtual Office, Virtual Contact Center, and Virtual Room.

8x8 Virtual Office is a cloud-based hosted PBX and UC solution. Virtual Office Pro, on the other hand, includes more capabilities, such as call recording, internet fax, online meeting and collaboration, and video conferencing. Virtual Contact Center is a hosted call center software solution, while Virtual Room is a device-agnostic, multipoint cloud video solution. All these cloud-based services are now available through InsightCloud Solutions Center, which serves as a single-client portal for ongoing features, requirements, and subscriptions management.
