Fujitsu has finished its international rollout of its ITMaaS offering; this involves bringing innovative monitoring and service desk solutions from CA Technologies together into the comprehensive Fujitsu Cloud portfolio. Fujitsu is able to deliver Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) such as virtual ICT infrastructure such as servers and storage, through the linked network of global data centers. The company also offers reliable, cost-efficient on-demand access to configurable ICT resources for enterprise customers and ISVs.

CA Nimsoft Monitor and CA Nimsoft Service Desk solutions have been integrated by Fujitsu into its portfolio, and will be provided from Fujitsu Cloud IaaS Trusted Public S5, which was formerly called Fujitsu Global Cloud Platform.

A comprehensive SaaS-based IT service-management solution is offered through the Fujitsu Service Desk as a Service, and the solution includes built-in ITIL1-based best practices and action-based workflows for managing, coordinating and optimizing every part of service delivery. Additionally, the solution ensures that there is no longer the need for labor-intensive coding by rapid configuration, and can be customized to meet particular business needs, at a lower cost and accelerated speed.
