Fonality Introduces New Partner Program by Robbie Pleasant

Fonality has a new partner program designed to increase flexibility and revenue for their partners. Perhaps the name of the partner program not only puts it best, but tells you all you need to know about it: “No Bull.”

The program has a two level system for Authorized or Certified partners. Partners at either level can work as agents or resellers, where they can respectively receive commission based on recurring revenue or discounts on hardware and software. Either way, they can receive joint marketing funds as a quarterly bonus.

Fonality’s products can be deployed on private or public clouds, as well as on-premise applications or software-only models. Either way, they are available as subscription/rental or one-time perpetual licenses, providing partners with choices and flexibility when working towards their clients needs. The offerings boast identical user experiences in multiple deployments, so there’s no worrying about a loss of quality between models.

Fonality’s marketing consultants provide assistance with campaigns to increase demand, and partners currently trying the program have expressed satisfaction with its support team. It also offers online product training and technical installation certification, so that partners can ensure their competency with Fonality’s offerings.

According to Blair Pleasant, co-founder of UCStrategies, “Fonality has put a lot of time and effort into developing its new partner program in order to help its partners succeed as many of them transition from premises-based solutions to cloud or hybrid solutions. The new program acknowledges the growing importance of subscription-based pricing, as well as the need for partners to have more options when working with their clients.”
