dinCloud Hosted Virtual Servers Available Through Ingram Micro

dinServer is the hosted virtual offering from dinCloud, and the service will now be provided to Ingram Micro’s North American channel partners through the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace. The updated and broadened distribution agreement means that Ingram Micro will be able to market, sell and aid dinServer by supporting its growing base of cloud-focused channel partners; VARs, MSPs and Sis are also included in this.

The hosting of servers and applications will be made easier with dinServer, and this also places complete data center capabilities such as security, firewalls and control into the hands of the user. An encapsulated environment with the firewall, private virtual servers, private virtual network, and private storage (powered by NetApp) will be provided to customers; this constructs their virtual private data center. Regular backups support each customer’s environment, and like other dinCloud’s services, multiple layers of physical and virtual security are provided by the hosted virtual servers. (CY) Link
