Dell Software has announced the release of the Dell Unified Communications Command Suite (UCCS). This is a platform for UC management, driven by data and designed to help provide organizations with insight into their UC investments, deliver consistent and high quality user experiences, and streamline management of multiple communication platforms.
The new UC Command Suite helps to provide a flexible, cross-platform management approach to UC, by providing analytics and diagnostics in an easy to comprehend manner, as well as insights about workforce activities, business processes, and system performance.
The Dell UC Command Suite provides UCCS Analytics, including aggregated analytics and insights across Microsoft Exchange and Lync. This streamlines multiple-platform reporting, making it easier for IT and the business to make informed decisions about communications systems, business processes, and workforce activities.
Additionally, the Command Suite has UCCS Diagnostics, which displays activity of all messaging components in a single interface. This helps administrators detect any problems that may arise, locating the cause of operational issues and resolving them quickly. UCCS provides support for Exchange Server, Lync Server, and Blackberry Enterprise Server.
