CorvisaCloud Lets Customers Create the Communications Platform They Need by Robbie Pleasant
CorvisaCloud, LLC is releasing a new hosted voice and SMS platform, which provides developers and businesses with a way to build custom communications solutions for their individual needs. This new platform, the CorvisaOne, expands CorvisaCloud’s offering from a product suite to a production-plus-platform solution, offering flexibility and longevity for IT investments.
With the CorvisaOne Platform, customers can create the applications their business or contact center needs. Users can either build voice and SMS applications from the ground up, or leverage existing components from the CorvisaOne product line. Businesses do not need to buy or manage their own infrastructure, as CorvisaCloud manages all the hosting, scaling, and backend support.
Included with CorvisaOne is a set of developer tools, built-in debugging, and open source access to code libraries. These help bring the platform past the level of basic web services, and offer flexibility to help future-proof the solutions. CorvisaOne adheres to compliance and security standards such as PCI, SOX, and HIPAA, ensuring safety and uptime.
According to Blair Pleasant, co-founder of UCStrategies, “CorvisaCloud demonstrated its CorvisaOne suite at Enterprise Connect, which it called the first combined product and platform, offering full inbound/outbound contact center, IVR, and more. While some vendors offer a platform (think Twillio and Tropo) and others offer applications (think Five9 and InContact), CorvisaCloud offers a solution that provides both.”
It is no secret that different organizations have different communications requirements. While certain communications software may be just what one company needs, it may fall short of another company’s requirements. CorvisaCloud aims to let companies create the contact center software that meets their exact needs and specifications, rather than having to compromise.
