The CRM Connector for OfficeSuite is a cloud-based business phone system which has been launched by Broadview Networks. It will combine OfficeSuite with Salesforce.com, as well as any other TAPI-enabled (Telephony Application Programming Interface) CRM application, ensuring that employee efficiency and effectiveness is improved as businesses will be able to have a fully integrated communications solution.
