New offering expands Unified Communications solution suite
Avtex announced today it is adding Hosted Lync Voice to its suite of offerings. Called Avtex Voice, this new offering will help organizations reduce costs while providing a fully integrated communications and collaboration platform in a secure hosted environment.
Avtex Voice provides the collaboration of Microsoft Lync without the management hassles. By offering three distinct offerings: Hosted Lync Voice, Hosted Lync Voice Plus, and Hosted Lync Plus Disaster Recovery, Avtex provides a phone system combined with the benefit of a cloud-based or hybrid deployment. The solution provides customers a simplified communication platform, allowing them to collaborate with other Lync or Skype for Business users, and allows customers of all sizes maximize the flexibility and power of Microsoft’s cloud platform. Avtex Voice delivers a consistent experience for presence, voice telephony, instant messaging, and video, and web and audio conferencing across multiple devices.
