A new sales and marketing program is being released by independenceIT, and will aid in supporting channel partners. The three-tiered  iIT University will ensure that members of the company’s Partner Program can add cloud services to their current portfolio.

According to the iIT executive vice president of business developments, Jim Lippier, “The benefits of cloud computing have put intense pressure on established companies to quickly modify their proven business models. iIT University is proof of our commitment to helping VARs, MSPs and ISPs through this transition as we provide them with all of the tools they need to acquire, provision and support end-user Cloud Workspace™ Suite customers.”

There are many benefits to the present tiers of Preferred, Elite and Platinum, and these include personalized training, strategic consulting, brandable material and access to the Cloud Workplace Certified program.

Personalized training will mean that the independenceIT teams can collaborate with the sales, marketing and technical team of each organization, and that knowledge of the Cloud Workspace Suite is developed. Furthermore, it will ensure that provisions complement present processes in workflow.

Strategic consulting will mean that the organizations can be worked with so that a strategic game plan can be developed, and will allow for the addition of cloud services to existing portfolios.

Brandable material will mean that service level agreements, brochures and case studies will be included, and access to the Cloud Workspace Certified program will be granted to the company’s technical team.

These new improvements are set to enhance the support that is offered to partner companies. (CY) Link
