A decent enough introduction to Twilio, but they are so much cooler than the video might suggest. And so much more complex because of the financial model they use. Blair, would be great to hear more about them.

Good interview, but there are indeed more details that would be useful, as Joseph suggests. Inasmuch as the MSPs are well positioned to support Mobile Customer Services and access to business "mobile apps," , I am curious to know how Twilio is going after that potential business.
