tekVizion announced onPOINT™, a new automated service for testing communications endpoint devices across the enterprise. onPOINT aims to reduce costs, enable frequent, dynamic testing and help organizations quickly identify problems remotely.

The service can currently check the status of both hard phones and soft phones throughout a communications network and will eventually include other endpoints, such as smartphones and even smart devices that comprise Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
