A lot of people have cast doubt of the EU's (or Western) manufacturing feature. The numbers are looking bleak, whilst competitors are speeding ahead, getting products in the market faster and cheaper. Bizarrely, although there are employment (or lack of) issues, IT spending remains at an all time high.
