Our Mission
UCStrategies delivers clear, accurate, and practical reporting on artificial intelligence, unified communications, and workplace technology. Our editorial team is committed to helping professionals make informed technology decisions through honest, research-backed journalism.
Editorial Standards
Every article published on UCStrategies adheres to the following standards:
- Accuracy First: All claims, statistics, and technical specifications are verified against primary sources โ official documentation, peer-reviewed research, or direct vendor communications โ before publication.
- Independence: Our editorial decisions are made independently. Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over our coverage, rankings, or recommendations.
- Transparency: We clearly label sponsored content, affiliate links, and partnerships. If a product review involves a free review unit or sponsored access, we disclose it prominently.
- Expertise: Articles are written by journalists with demonstrated expertise in their coverage areas. Each author’s credentials and beat are listed on their author page.
Fact-Checking Process
Our fact-checking process includes the following steps:
- Source Verification: Every factual claim must be traceable to at least one authoritative source. We prioritize official documentation, SEC filings, peer-reviewed papers, and direct statements from company representatives.
- Technical Validation: For product reviews and benchmarks, our team independently tests tools and verifies performance claims. We do not republish vendor-provided benchmarks without independent confirmation.
- Editorial Review: All articles undergo editorial review before publication. The reviewing editor checks factual accuracy, source quality, and balance of perspective.
- Expert Consultation: For complex topics โ such as AI policy, cybersecurity, or regulatory changes โ we consult subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and appropriate context.
Corrections Policy
We take accuracy seriously. When we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and transparently:
- Minor Corrections: Typos, broken links, and small factual updates are corrected inline. The article’s “last updated” date is refreshed to reflect the change.
- Significant Corrections: Material factual errors are corrected with a visible correction notice at the top of the article, stating what was changed and when. The original error is not silently deleted.
- Retractions: In the rare case that an article’s central premise is found to be materially inaccurate, the article is retracted with a prominent notice explaining why.
To report an error, contact our editorial team at contact@ucstrategies.com with the article URL and a description of the issue. We aim to review and respond to all corrections requests within 48 hours.
