Mike Sheridan, Aspect's Senior VP of Strategy and Marketing, talks with Jim Burton about the benefits of Aspect’s ability to deploy Microsoft OCS into all business platforms, whether that platform is in a small business or in a large enterprise. Aspect believes in working toward a unified communication business solution—whether that solution is in a contact center or in a planned migration to a unified communication platform. 

Aspect views unified communication as a journey, extending it from a UC-U application, to a collaboration platform, to a UC-B, business application process. Aspect has the ability to transfer their experience in the contact center arena to a unified communication business process. Mike discusses the journey to unified communication, not only in terms of a productivity enhancement tool, but also an investment which justifies the migration in ROI.
